  Consistently under-filled propane tanks. A "full" 20lb tank should weigh ≈37lbs (the two pictured have 16.6lbs & 17lbs). When you pay to have a 20-lb propane tank "filled", I'd expect to get about 19 to 20lbs of propane. Every time I've thought to weigh my tanks after getting them filled here, they've been less than 18lbs. I can't say whether this is intentional or just really sloppy calibration. For the price they charge, it's actually cheaper just to get your tanks filled at U-haul and pay per gallon of propane, since 1) they get the tank full (≈4.6 gallons) & 2) their meters accurately read to 0.1gal (about 1/2lb propane). For grill use, this isn't that big of a deal, but if you're running a space heater and you quickly go through multiple tanks, this is 1/2 of a FULL tank of propane missing between 3 tanks! The only reason I would get my propane tanks filled here is if they're older than their certification date (U-haul actually checks those and won't fill them unless re-certified)

  I’ve tried for 2 years to have my fireplace serviced. I was told that they farmed out some of their service to another company. That company called me and told me they were too busy with their own customers and would have to “fit me in”. I never heard back from them. They are overwhelmed and don’t have enough help to service what they sell. I’m still looking at a fireplace that I can’t use:(

  Rich was very informative and assisted in our selection and installation of our fireplace before the holidays. Installation crew was very professional and treated our home like their home. Highly recommend if looking for a gas insert fireplace. Very fair price.

  I would have recommended this company as they were good and efficient up until the point where I got natural gas hooked up to my home and requested my propane be picked up and my refund for what was left in the tank. The gentleman in charge of thiswas EXTREMELY, and I mean extremely, rude for no reason. This person should never be answering the phone and speaking with people. I was so taken aback by his behavior that I actually forgot his name but I believe it was Bill or Bob . He obviously hates his life and wants everybody else to be just as miserable as him. He said my refund was at "his discretion". What he refunded me was what he decided to give me back not what was actually owed to me. I have just never honestly dealt with anybody as rude as this guy. So beware! You will not get what is owed to you back!!
