  I called them because I had a question about my bill the lady that answered the phone was very condescending even laughed at me three times because I couldn't understand a past due amount on my account when they have my credit card on file then she's trying to say the past due amount is the yearly tank rental. Good good businesses don't laugh at their customers when they call in with questions she needs a serious course in customer service

  I had a very odd experience with the gentleman answering their phones. One of their tanks were left at the house I bought last year. I called the number on the tank and they filled it without complications. When it was time for my second fill I decided to shop around to ensure we had the best company for us. When I called to ask about what I am being charged, the guy on the phone immediately got super defensive. I guess they forgot to get me to sign a contract when they did the first fill. I kept trying to deescalate the conversation as he would get aggressive and threatening. I asked their prices and he responded by threatening me that I am not able to shop around because I am under lease and I will be charged criminally if the tank is touched. It was very difficult to keep a calm, respectful voice with a person of such poor social skills. Luckily I was not under any contract. Me and my wife probably would have signed a contract and stuck with them if the call wasn’t a bad enough experience to warrant my first and only google review, ever. They came and got their tank that day.

  I purchased my house last year and the tanks on the property were YP. The first time I called I spoke to a very nice woman who explained how everything works and took the time to answer my questions, which I had a lot because I’ve never had propane heating before. The next two times I had two different phone calls with two different men to place orders for my tanks to be filled and they couldn’t have been any nicer on the phone. Plus most of the time they’re pretty quick about delivery . Can’t recommend them enough!
