If you need something wood stove related this is the best place in town. The owner knows his stuff and solved my problem without seeing the situation. The chimney cap he sold me fixed the draft issue. Super friendly people.

Great sales, installs are good, and good prices. Their pellets by the ton is the best deal around. Anything you purchase from them you had better learn how to service yourself. They will put you on a waiting list and never get to you.

If you enjoy being treated with disrespect, get lied to about the balance owed, and overcharged for parts, then this is the place to go. Do yourself a favor, and look at other options before choosing this business. I had a warranty issue with a high wind cap. After discussing this with one of the owners, I was told this was my problem, and he would not warranty the part. He charged me over $170 for a $70 part. I called the manufacturer, and they said their product was defective and should have never broken, they honored the warranty. Lastly, they financed the gas stove I purchased, when I went to pay the bill, the same owner attempted to charge me $500.00 more than I owed (luckily, I keep good records)..... I hope this helps people avoid a horrible experience. It's worth the drive to Cheyenne or Colorado to find yourself a stove.

Never open. Hours posted are a suggestion. When you work a normal job and can’t open and close whenever you want like they can, it’s tough to make it.

Was promised a gas fireplace cleaning in September 2021. March 2022 was never contacted that they couldn’t do it. Contacted them and said they can’t do it. Six months and no contact. Would love to keep business in Laramie but they don’t want it. Install sure, maintenance can’t get it. Very disappointing. Guess it’s all about profit and not maintenance and customer service unless your buying. Don’t recommend
