  Levi and his team went above and beyond in the installation of my new Mendota Gas Fireplace. JC in the showroom, who answered every question imaginable over multiple visits, was extremely knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. He sold me on the Mendota fireplace. The installation crew, Carl, Jim and Levi went above and beyond to get the fireplace up and running in my time frame. Top notch communication, above and beyond prep to protect the flooring and house, they kept the installation clean and neat, and kept me abreast of progress and next steps. Special kudos to Levi, whose knowledge and experience with the gas fireplace and gas system overall saved the day as at the exact same time of installation, The gas tank meter was broken and I was out of gas. His knowledge and contacts got me up and running that same day. Forever grateful I chose Wrights. Highly recommend.

  We had our stove system installed in January 2019. It was done in one day. Since then, they have cleaned the chimney whenever that we have requested. They use a drop cloth on the floor and clean the area completely. It takes them approximately an hour to do the job. They take pictures of the interior of the system to make sure there are no leaks. They do a superb job. I highly recommend them from start to finish.

  Wright's Hearth Heat and Home employees clearly take pride in the work they do. From a very knowledgeable Brandy in the showroom, who introduced us to the electric fireplaces, JC who steered us through the process, ending with Carl and Remberto who did the grunt work of removing the old (very stubborn) fireplace and completing the installation. Carl and Remberto are the epitome of teamwork. They work seamlessly together. Credit to them for their expertise, consideration and overall respect. We are very grateful for the excellent job they did; many thanks to one and all. P.S. We will probably light the fire even if it is 90 degrees in the middle of the summer. It's so fabulous!!!!   I can't speak highly enough for the team at Wright's Hearth, Heat and Home. Recently, I reached out to them with questions regarding a wood stove in my home. They responded quickly with a wealth of information about the product, and options pertaining to it's use.   Added 5 March 2025 for Tech Experience... Jess was our technician for our annual fireplace cleaning. She was very careful to keep all cleaning tools and supplies on a drop cloth. It was sparkling after she finished. We found Jess to be professional and kind at the same time; a great mix. Our interactions with Wright continue to be positive: from when installed, to some repairs, then annual cleanings. Well done! *** 2024 Post for Installation... I can’t say enough great things about Brandy, Levi, Jim and the rest of the amazing professionals at Wright. We have a gorgeous vented stove and the team of professionals were also very tidy and friendly. We are grateful.
