We bought a leisureline coal stove here in late spring ,we stopped to look at stoves and Zona helped us out with all our questions and sold us what we was looking for. When we started it up we had some questions about setting it up so we went to talk to her and she helped us out ,she is a great person to deal with.I would definitely do business with them again and would highly recommend them. The people here are heartless and ignorant!! I came into the store in Larksville 20 minutes before they closed because there was a storm that came through shut my power off, which caused my cold stove to go out. Came in for igniters and the system that they used for their debit cards was down so I had to run to the ATM to get cash and I told them that I would be right back. By the time I got back, they had already closed. Tried to call the store I got a busy signal. I told him I would be right back with cash so I can get the igniters, but they didn’t care knowing that I would be without heat. What a shame!

Kudos to Lisa in customer service for setting up service. She is delightful to converse with. Our technician Greg is knowledgeable, courteous and supplies a few anecdotes for our laughter. Our Jotul stove was a great investment.

For starters, they will call you back, which sadly is rare these days. Zona traveled slightly out of her service area to do our site visit. She kept in touch as she traveled and even arrived a bit early! She knew more about wood stoves and chimneys than anyone I've ever met. There was no sales pressure. In fact, she gave us options for replacing the stove that we had (if we really wanted to), but said that our current stove was perfectly fine. This was a refreshingly honest perspective from a sales person. Thanks Zona!
