We've had a couple of different vendors service our fireplace with zero success and thousands of dollars, only to find this place should have been our first call. Joe was fantastic and very careful and thorough. He got our unit working and advised of a small issue that we needed to address. This place is great. Highly recommend!

I had these folks install a wood stove in my shop and they did an excellent job. They did the roof cutout and made sure it was ready to go. Now I have a warm work space. They even came in under their estimate. A gas fireplace in the cabin is next. I highly recommend them for fair prices and quality work.

These guys just finished cleaning my insert. The first thing they did was cover the carpets! They got right to the business at hand, pointed out some minor issues that were corrected, explained what to watch out for (both wood and equipment), and when to call. Professional and friendly - the best around!

So, arrived at our beach house today Feb 23rd, 2025 at Long Beach, WA and once again we have water inside our woodstove that was installed by Woodstove Warehouse located in Longview, WA. This after two additional supposed repairs since installation to correct the water leaking inside the woodstove. Company claimed they knew how to install and handle the weather at the coast. Do not believe them. We pointed out an additional cowling on neighbors stove pipes and the comment was oh we don't handle that....so basically they do not know how to handle the weather at the coast. Do not trust their word when they say that they know what they're doing when it comes to installing wood stoves at the coast. We would NOT recommend this company. Kadi and Aaron Hinz
