  Brought in the ignitor for me my stove. Joked it was the fifth time I'd been there and had yet to spend money. The gent got out his multimeter to check my work saying "well maybe not today either." That sums up the service. If you want to DIY they will help you. If you want full service they do that too. Turns out I did need a new ignitor. I asked about the install because of an odd wall in the way. He explained what to do in detail and showed me on one of the display stoves. Then I saw the price of the part ... Me: "Um that price doesn't look right." Clerk: "well it is OEM and should give you about 8 years good service unlike what you'd get online." Me: "Yep, I know. But that is $15 cheaper than online. Just want to make sure you have the right price is all." Clerk: (checks) "Yeah it's right, but thanks for asking." So great service, very helpful fair prices.

  Woodstove Warehouse provided us with a great experience - better than good. We have a gas fireplace with which we have had issues over the years. This time the pilot light went out. I was able to get it back on and then lit the fireplace. That lasted for about 20 seconds when everything shut down. I called Jeff and he promised prompt and professional service ---- and he/they delivered. When the service person arrived we knew we were in good hands --- the dogs loved him. Everything he did to find and correct the problem was done with purpose and he went out of his way to be neat - several times using the vacuum. He found that there was actually a gas leak -- never were we told of this issue and the fireplace has been serviced three times before. Clearly a safety issue and, of course, when tightened, the fireplace worked/works perfectly. Other workmen put the glass screen aside and it was cleaned only if I cleaned it. This time, when approaching the screen for cleaning, I was told --- No --- we do that --- and it was done much better than I. I/we are appreciative of the prompt and professional service that we received --- Jeff was great on the phone and, as he told me when I first called, we will find and fix the problem ---mission accomplished. One more thing, the dogs were sorry to see his person leave.

  These guys got to me promptly, likely because they have enough technicians to handle the busy season. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable. Serviced my gas stove. Up and going, (thank you)! They were also competitively priced and professional. Highly recommend them!

  Jeff and the crew are AMAZING. We live about 3 hours away and he was SO helpful, even when it looked like we were going to go with a store that was closer to us (he even recommended it and still helped with any questions we had!)! Through a series of events, we ended up getting our stove through them and have no regrets! He was always so happy to answer any questions, worked with us so well and helped us find an excellent stove! Highly recommend!

  The folks here are absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond, patiently helping us troubleshoot and repair our stove (more than once!). Cannot recommend highly enough.
