  Everything was Great! from the start with the sale with Joe and Mike Explaining everything in store to picking out the correct stove for the room. The installation process was excellent. Steve has a real talent with the installation. i have never seen a person know how to handle and install stove pipe like Steve. I got pricing from other stove places and found out in talking to Joe they were upselling me on replacing Existing Chimney pipe. Joe was honest and upfront and your can trust him. Missy was awesome to deal with for billing and payment. Everything was GREAT!

  Joe helped me pick out a new wood stove insert for my fireplace. He came out to the house to review everything before the work started. Very fair price compared to other proposals I received. Replaced the brick with new stone and Gary did the stone work the week before the insert was installed and he did a great job. No issues on the install and the guys did a great job with everything. Very happy with the new stove! Would highly recommend.

  Joe helped me choose a wood fireplace insert last year, and Steve and Mike installed it. Joe will come and give you advice on-site without putting pressure on you. You can choose from a variety of products from different brands they carry, and the price is fair compared to other places near me. As for installation and yearly maintenance, Steve did a fantastic job. He is very professional and responsive. The communication is easy and smooth. His work is to the details. He found a manufacturer deficiency of the insert during the chimney cleaning and replaced a new unit covered by warranty in two weeks. Their customer service is top-notch. I believe they will take care of you in a long time if you are doing business with them. They are fully knowledgeable of what they are doing.

  I can’t recommend Woodstove Junction enough! The whole team was amazing to work with, professional and knowledgable. From the initial consultation with Joe, to the install with Steve and Mike. Missy kept us in the loop throughout the process (thank you Missy!!) we love our new insert and love it even more that we know we got a great price and professional install.   Joe and his subcontractor Steve are fantastic! Not only did Joe go above and beyond inspecting my space for a new wood stove installation but he gave me a very fair price to do the work! His installer Steve also was amazing. He came on time, paid attention to every detail and really did a fantastic job! I was so lucky to find this outfit as they truly are old school and do excellent quality work while keeping all promises made. Thank you Joe and Steve! Customer for life.
