I would not recommend this store. Their service guy, Jake, is excellent but I bought 2 pellet stoves from them over a 8 year period. They both failed after 3 plus years. They were NOT cheap. I ended up going with a different company. I did not have a good experience here at all.

As always I’m very happy with the product and service I received. This is the third stove I’ve bought in Littleton. I wanted to install the stove myself and Paul was very patient with me explaining the process. Anyone can provide great service before the sale but Paul made me feel like a valued customer after the sale. Very knowledgeable on the tax credit as well

The last words from the installer were "You need a roofer." I inquired of Woodstove Fireplace if this was an acceptable installation. They replied the installers were unfamiliar with the roof system and did the best they could. The roofing system is rolled roofing. They patched the flashing with snow and ice shield. This material was not designed to stand up to weather. If I do nothing, eventually I will have a leak. I don't recall the installers inspecting the roof when they estimated the job. And they certainly didn't tell me I need a roofer when their work was done. After spending $x,xxx on the stove and installation, I have to spend $xxx to finish the job they should have finished.

Barry (owner) was wonderful to work with on our fireplace renovation. We replaced a wood burning fireplace with a gas insert. We shopped around and he was the most informative, the least 'salesy' and had reasonable prices. Things happened the way he said it would and his installation people were just as timely and pleasant as he is. I would easily recommend Woodstove & Fireplace Shop.

Purchased a wood burning fireplace insert 2 years ago. I am very satisfied with the info given about my purchase . The installation went smoothly and efficiently. The service dept personnel that cleaned the insert were respectful of my property , courteous and on time.
