I ordered a stove part from this company in August. It has been 5 months, and I am still waiting on it. Whenever I call and ask for an update, I get Rebecca Dennis on the phone. I must keep getting her on a bad day, as she never seems to care about my missing order. I was initially told the part was being made and that I would get it at the end of October. October turned into the end of December, and now I get no ETA when I ask. I recommend you place your order elsewhere, especially if your stove is the primary source of your heat in your home.

I bought my house in northern Maine last year and it came with an old Jotul wood stove that needed work or possible replacement. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the parts that I needed and that Woodman's had them all in stock. Their prices were reasonable and the shipping was fast. We recently needed replacement fire bricks for a Regency stove in VT. Woodmans had the best price and I was amazed by the care given to the shipping of the fire bricks, which are notorious for cracking in shipment. All were in great condition. Would definitely use again. Thanks.

Second Chance, I recently had a bad experience with another stove company. So I gave Woodmans a chance. Glad I did. My stove parts came and and I just installed them. Everything went well. I can't complain and the parts were cheaper than the competitor. I didn't notice their bad reviews until after I ordered but I would say check with recent reviews. The bad reviews are from over 3 years ago and most of them were 5 years ago. They have obviously changed and deserve another chance.
