I purchased a new Husqvarna chainsaw for $1080 on Friday, August 12 at 10:30 in the morning, when I got home tried to start the saw it would not start called the dealer 1 pmThey told me to replace the spark plug I did still would not start, further inspection I noticed it was very rusty? Sent pictures to the mechanic and explained my concern and asked for a new saw And was told they do not have one. This was last year‘s model all they can do is place a claim with Husqvarna for warranty? beware and inspect your product before you leave their store. Very poor customer service.

Great selection. Not just stoves and fireplaces. They had atvs, lawn tractors, chainsaws and everything else i need for taking care of my yard. Friendly staff and family owned. They even have a small stove museum to check out. Great place to see.

Woodman's sold us a beautiful pellet stove. Months later when it was installed, the stove had a rattling issue. The customer service was great, they got the stove fixed with no additional cost.

I feel bad for The business owners reading some of the negative reviews especially the woman talking about how she thought she could install the stove themselves. If you don’t have basic knowledge and handtools, you shouldn’t even attempt to do it yourself. It is easy for somebody like myself and my friends, but the average homeowner… You can’t do it that’s your problem pay somebody!!!! My experience with the girl on the telephone today was excellent she was super efficient and gave me a discount because the website had a higher price… The part was shipped immediately and she was nothing short of pleasant. As near as I can tell, these people are great! Thank you very much from Massachusetts!!!!
