Horrible customer service. Buy from any other company than Woodland Direct. Once the have your money they are done with you. They'll help you buy your set over the phone then they are done helpIng you. I bought a Monesson gas log set over $1600. The manual shows a part in the box but not how to install it. I called Woodland Direct support on a Monday. They said they would call back. They never did. I called again the next day and they gave me a case number. That was a Tuesday. We'll here its Friday and no word from Woodland Direct support. I decided to send an email to Shop Monessen which is another online company for gas logs. I didn't even buy from them and they emailed me back within 2 hours and explained the part and even attached a printout of how to install it. So if your buying Monessen or any other gas log supplier then buy from them directly and dont buy from Woodland Direct. Terrible service.
