I am not a low reviewer and respect local businesses, however, I had an appointment scheduled and they came out on time and checked out my stove. Attempted to fix it but wanted to follow up to see if additional repairs were needed after consulting others at their business. They requested we buy additional parts, which we did. We called and called, likely over 30 times. Left messages. Filled out the form again. Nothing. I can be understanding it’s a busy time but call your customers back. Horrible experience with this business. My spouse would be the name it's under and I'm happy to give you a call this week to discuss. Thank you for your quick response.

Their service is top notch. Professionalism, but personable. They found an alternative to repairing a 200+ year old chimney with minimal disruption. The Wooden Sun team even painted the hearth before they left. I couldn't be more pleased. Will be using them for all my fireplaces, wood and gas, going forward.
