Everyone was very nice. The fireballs look great! I just wish the salesman would have talked with me about my burner options for the ventless systems. Do your homework ahead of time so you know what to ask about. I cannot return what I have and I would have preferred the upgraded option if I had been made aware.

They came recommended, and I purchased from them and I would also recommend them. Their showroom is nice and so are their employees. If you are an independent builder, be clear with the installers. Be sure to tell the Woodburners Inc installers to coordinate anything they do with your framers. We are very happy with Woodburners service and work. The Installers were very respectable and hard working.
