Top notch service! I did a tremendous amount of research on wood stoves for a new build. Very happy to come across Wood Heat Center. I wanted a quality USA made steel stove. Kuma does not disappoint, keeps an 1,800 sq ft house toast warm. About 6 logs and this thing is easily up to 500 degrees. Second option would have been a Pacific Energy. Pay the extra cash and get quality products and service!

Wood Heat Center is top notch Chris gave us options and made the start of the process simple. There was a little snag with the distributer but Chris got us the fireplace insert just before the cold weather hit. We even had some tweaking that Chris fixed. Wood Heat Center has the best customer service around and prices that are affordable with great quality. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of an insert or any fireplace needs.

chris was excellent professional and thorough. his suggestion to use an insulated flue has made my pacific energy insert easy to reload and wood to fire . I simply leave my air control at 1/2 almost all the time and i attribute that to the insulated flue and excellent installation.
