  Jaaziel and Edgar were amazing! They were able to fix my chimney tube and they did a beautiful job installing the glass doors and the flute cap. They were professional, courteous and friendly. I couldn't be happier with the install or Jaaziel and Edgar. It looks absolutely fantastic!

  Hands down the best customer service experience Ive had. The high level of knowledge and professionalism that Julian displayed during the inspection was astounding. Jazziel and Edgar were extremely thorough and hardworking. They kept me up to date with their progress the entire time and were patient with any questions I had. The end result was a flawless and solid chimney that my family is going love.

  These folks were top notch. Very honest and thorough. They also provide options for repair or replacement but they never try to upsell you or push the sale. No gimmicks or games. Just good honest people who provide a very thorough inspection and cleaning of chimneys. I worked with Julian and he was awesome. Great guy. Oh and this place is very reasonable with pricing too.   I had a crack in the base of the chimney. Julian came out for a paid assessment and charged me $420 but refused to do the requested repair unless he performed a significant amount of unrelated work he said was needed. I suspect, there isn't a ton of demand for fireplace repair work in San Antonio Texas and he's hard up for business. I asked Mr. Scam Man to leave and he will not get any more business from me. I'm sure he's going to write a rebuttal regarding safety. I likely would have had that work done too if not for his sketchy business practices and refusal to do the work I originally asked for, after all safety was the reason for the initial repair request.

  We needed to get our chimney inspected and cleaned during the off season as we enjoy the ambiance it provides during those cooler winter nights. After looking at all the companies in the area we decided to go with a Chimney Safety Institute of America certified company and not a less expensive non-certified “$99 coupon company.” Wolfman Chimney and Fireplace fit our needs. We knew we’d pay a little more than those coupon companies but you get what you pay for - and we use our fireplace almost everyday in the off season (yes we are in TX). Scheduling was very easy and we received two confirmations of the appointment as well as knowing the technician’s name and a photo of him. Julian arrived promptly on time and explained their process and the standards they were looking to verify. He began with an exterior inspection of the chimney and moved inside documenting everything he saw, via photos. Inside, he set up a large debris cloth to protect the floor around the chimney and began the inspection using a bore scope. Photos and video documented the before and after. Each chimney connection joint was inspected and confirmed safe. Once he was complete with the cleaning Julian went over his detailed report showing all the before and after photos of the work. As mentioned, this company provides a superior inspection and cleaning service, as opposed to the $99 coupon companies we’ve used in the past. They are Veteran friendly and provided us a discount. Additionally, the company also donates to the “Sweep Cancer Away” Foundation🎗️(near and dear to this oncology nurse ❤️). Overall, an exceptional and professional service provided by Julian. We highly recommend Wolf Fireplace and Chimney for your fireplace needs. Yes it’s a little more expensive, but you will get a superior service that confirms your fireplace and chimney are safe for operation.
