  Jacob recently cleaned and serviced 3 gas fireplaces for us. We got text messages reminding us of our appointment time and again when he was on his way to our house. He did a great job & was able to answer any questions we had. The fireplaces look so much better ! I won't hesitate to call Wizard's Hearth next time any service or maintenance is needed. The office girl who answers the phone & schedules the appointment is awesome too! Thank you !

  They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. They had me frame out a fireplace they said they had and after the framing was inspected I went to buy the unit and it was discontinued 4 months prior to me framing out the fireplace. They would not refund me for the framing or make it right. Most incompetent people I've ever met. I had to reframe the fireplace and go elsewhere for better service. They owe me 2k still for their own error. Update. Their response is complety inaccurate, I was in there 5 times with other family members and it was for a pellet insert fireplace not a freestanding. When I went in you stated I had to pay for a frame inspection before I could buy the fireplace. So your guy came out and inspected all good, when I came in the following week you didnt have the product and the product was discontinued for 3 months prior to the inspection. The refund was for the inspection which I had to fight for becuase you said it was not refundable. You refunded it because the fireplace i had specificly framed out for no longer existed and was due to your failure to make sure product was available.It then took me another 2 years to reframe and buy a different fireplace and instead and taking responsibility you made up a story. Go to Heber dont waste your time with these people

  Jeremy was on time, neat, careful and reassuring. The price for safety checking our gas fireplace was reasonable. Will be calling Wizards again.

  He did a great job and knew how to help us! Before and After photos. Caleb figured out why the pellets weren't burning like they should. Now it's working perfectly!

  A technician came to my house, looked at my fireplace said it could not be converted to natural gas from propane. There was not a conversion kit available had to replace the entire unit and that included taking out bricks. $170 just for the service call just a heads up. As it turns out The Plumber said he could do it. So check all your options.
