We have a propane fireplace and requested cleaning and service. James was the technician and he did an amazing job. It works better than when it was first installed. James was very thorough and took the time to make sure everything was functioning correctly. He cleaned it and it looks better than new. I recommend that you request James if you need cleaning or service.

These guys are AMAZING! They were so helpful, they answered all my questions and explained more thoroughly when I asked. They walked me through all the maintenance I needed to do on my pellet stove and even walked me through how to do other maintenance on it. They had everything I needed and worked with me. They have been so much help and I will recommend them to anyone with a wood or pellet stove. They walked me through step by step with all the things I needed to do to keep my stove running at its best and helped me understand the ins and outs and working properly. They gave me the confidence in maintaining the stove so it is working at it best to keep my family safe and my home warm..
