  I don't normally leave reviews, in fact I can count on one hand how many I've left but the experience and product were so good I felt the review was earned. Don't get me wrong it wasn't cheap but worth every penny. I purchased steel fireplace doors with high temperature ceramic glass which can go up too 1400 degrees fahrenheit, they fit perfectly and look incredible. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. I was able to get 12 month special no interest financing to help with the payments. I ordered the doors on November 19th 2025 and they arrived January 3rd 2026, which is a very reasonable time frame for custom built fireplace doors. I'm very happy with my purchase 10 out of 10 would recommend.

  We had a GranView fireplace installed into our new construction home. It is the best fireplace we have had! It is so easy to operate, the flame is so beautiful and the heat that it puts out makes it very efficient.

  We absolutely love our Wilkening Gran View fireplace. They were great to work with and the fireplace is our favorite part or our home. Creates beautiful ambiance during long winter nights and throws off a ton of heat to keep up nice and toasty.

  Failed to connect WiFi dongle, while doing myself discovered appliance wires were only stripped 1/4” and nut on hot wire pulled off as I was straightening wire. I was originally told that they don’t do wiring and I had disconnected old unit and was prepared to wire new one but they had done so before I realized. I had to reposition unit so face was flush and even with opening including shimmering one side to level Based on follow up call from sales representative and their response to my concerns I WILL CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM
