  Michael was a very honest, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous sales person. Our extremely dated fireplace needed replaced and we wanted to buy local. I appreciated Michael's recommendations and the materials he provided to me to make the best decision. Bill was very thorough when he came to our home to measure and inspect for the estimate. I liked that there were no surprises and I was provided with ample opportunity for questions. Bill explained every step of the installation process and it worked out exactly as he stated. The installation team; Zach, Kirk, and Alex, were extremely professional, courteous, and took their time preparing, installing, and cleaning up. They instructed me with how to use the remote, remove the screen, and explained all functions. My family is ecstatic with the results and Zach's recommendations for black finishing tile (tilework provided by Dillabaugh's Flooring America) was spot on! The project turned out better than anticipated and we were pleased with every step of the process. We receive compliments on our new fireplace frequently! We love the quality and beautiful end results. Thank you!

  Really impressed with Wholesale Fireplace. The service was great! Bill and everyone in the office have been extremely helpful and always ready to answer questions. We knew that we wanted to go with a Vermont Castings stove and we couldn't be happier. The staff was, of course, very knowledgeable on the stoves and made sure we had the right size stove for our size of house. Its an awesome stove. And we have zero complaints. The installers were also great, prompt, professional, and completed all the work expertly and quickly. We will definitely recommend Wholesale Fireplaces to anyone who asks! Thanks again!
