I purchased a complete BBQ island and pergola from Wholesale BBQ Islands in July, spending over $25,000. The grill worked only twice before it broke. Since then, I’ve called the Peoria office four to six times, asking them to submit a service request and help get the issue resolved. After nearly two months of this back-and-forth, I was finally given a direct line to a service rep named Rick. Despite the significant investment, the follow-up and communication have been extremely disappointing. I have tried to be patient, respectful, and clear about the problem, but I still have a non-functioning grill and no meaningful resolution. During my most recent call, when I firmly expressed my frustration with the lack of progress, the representative hung up on me and mentioned that the owner reviews all calls via transcription. If the owner truly sees these calls and messages, it is discouraging that there has been no direct response or effort to make this right. After spending this much money, one would reasonably expect prompt service, accountability, and basic respect. At this point, I regret choosing this company for such a large project. Buyer beware. After reviewing their past interactions, their customer complaint responses are poor. I have lodged a complaint with the ROC.

We absolutely LOVE our outdoor BBQ Island! Rudy and Julio were great to work with from design to completion -and set up/install was amazing! Rudy knew just what to do in design when we added details- quite a professional touch- it's a perfect addition to our yard and it looks like it was part of the home. I can't say enough how happy we are and so enjoy it!!
