Aaron is very nice and seemed knowledgeable about his product. At the beginning of our conversation I explained that I lived on Fidalgo and asked if this was outside his service area. He said no, I have a client in Bow. 3 days later after numerous emails confirming what style of insert and surround we wanted he then decided we lived too far away. So, if you live on Fidalgo...do not waste your time with his store.
