I love this hardware store! The staff is amazing and always willing to help. Recently, I was repairing my snowplow and needed a hard-to-find bolt. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size I needed in stock, but they called another hardware store in Norwalk that had what I was looking for. Westport Hardware truly saved the day!

The people who work here are not nice. I have been a Westport resident for over 30 years and have shopped here under the current ownership and the previous owners over the past decades. The previous owners were always very pleasant. Unfortunately, on multiple occasions, the current owners have been unfriendly to me and my wife. I like to patronize local businesses, but I will no longer be a customer at this store.

Family owned. Elda and Richard are always so kind to everyone ! Very friendly and always helpful workers. I recommend coming here if you are local. Always support small owned business and be sure if they don’t have it in stock they can get it for you just ask! Fair prices.
