Ron the owner of the westfire fireplace, installed a linear fireplace and exhaust fan on the roof, after couple of years the fan stoped working and fireplace is to usable anymore, I contacted him and he said he is blocking my phone number and denied to come and fix the fan which is hazardous and pass the fumes to my house. Terrible customer service, irresponsible, unprofessional. Be careful if you have him to install any fireplace for you.

Writing this Review with the regards of the great customer service I received. I was looking online for a new fireplace for our home, I happen to stumble upon this company’s website. The website was fantastic and easy to navigate, and had all the information I was looking for. I also learned a lot about the different types of fireplaces that I can possibly get in my home. I gave them a call and got prices and recommendations, which was great. Looking forward to work with them.

I really wanted to like and use this business. But I tried on three different attempts, two of them in person, to get them to come out to service my gas fireplace. Each time they agreed to do so, but then never contacted me to follow up after I left my contact information and then followed up later with a phone call. The first time I stopped by their showroom the office had only a clerical worker, so I left my contact info with her. A phone call (from me) a few days later resulted in more promises but no action. A couple months later still I spoke directly to one of the owners in person while the whole staff appeared to be in the showroom (not very busy, I guess). Same result. So I called San Bernardino Fireplace and Woodstove Specialties a few weeks later. SBF&WS scheduled my repair and the repairman arrived on time and had my fireplace fixed in an hour at what I believe to be a reasonable fee. How Fireplace Distributors remains in business is a mystery to me. Got a fireplace problem? Don't waste your time or money with Fireplace Distributors. Call San Bernardino Fireplace and Woodstove Specialties. You'll be glad you did.

I really don't know how they stay in business. There is always a lady that answers or opens store but she cannot help at all. And when you get to talk to the only guy that knows turns out they don't stick nothing everything is 3+ weeks.
