Before and after - the photos that are obviously dirty are before we switched from Westfair pool service and the clean pool is a week after with another provider. The photos from before we switched from Westfair were taken 15 minutes after our very very expensive weekly service. The chemicals were not balanced properly for the entire season for our salt pool and the pool was never properly vacuumed. Unfortunately this company prioritizes new builds and definitely not service. Unfortunately also the ownership (which I’m sure will provide some Interesting response to this review), is now at the point in their long term business where they treat customers like me who care where they spend their hard earned money, as annoyances and in our situation was completely out of touch with reality and defensive. Probably the worst service provider I’ve ever hired for our home.

We had the best experience with ALL the staff from Westfair Pools. Their knowledge and guidance from the beginning of planning the pool layout to the day we added water was fantastic! The work site was always left in a good state and the Job stayed within the timeline we were given. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about adding a pool or jacuzzi.

Westfair installed our pool several years ago and has been maintaining it ever since. I believe the pool was installed back in 2007 or 2008, and Westfair has been supporting us ever since. Towards the end of the summer last year we had a new filtration system installed and all is functioning far better than with the older filter.

Bob Jr and team are excellent at communication, expectation-setting, and beautiful delivery. We never worried about their work or coordination with other subs. We consider ourselves lucky to have found them!
