I used Western Hills builder supply for a very large project in 2024. My sales person was RYAN and here’s what happened I ordered about $10,000 worth of travertine tile. One of the skids was the wrong color at the end of the project I contacted RYAN and he picked up the excessive items that I had Including the skid of wrong colored travertine. RYAN asked for my credit card number and he said that I would get a credit for all of the items, including the skids that I returned one year later I have not gotten the credit can’t get a return phone call every time I call people are rude to me, so I’m Talking to the owner, Drew he said that he would take care of it. Six months later, I’ve never received any information that Drew promised continued to leave messages with unanswered calls back. Not a very good way to run a business. I’m out over $3500 I would I would not use this company. Their practices are unprofessional and they are very rude. Go somewhere else you do yourself a favor. Update my review I never received a call back from Drew. I filed a BBB complaint and they never responded their current rating on BBB today is a B minus I guess I’m gonna have to go a different route to resolve this unfortunately

Drew and Tim helped me locate a very hard to find paver brick. I didn’t think I could find it anywhere and it was literally an exact match. I love working with those guys and WHBS always has what I need for anything masonry.

We needed plaster for our new plunge pool we had constructed in the fall of 2021 and Western Hills is one of the few places that you can find it in the tri state area. Andy is the pool master there and very helpful from giving us samples to decide on the color that we wanted to helping us find someone to put the plaster on. Thanks to him and Western Hills Supply it all came together on June 12 thanks to Western Hills and Andy. Just in time for the summer heat. Highly Recommend!!!

Delivery driver did not drop off anywhere near location given (not even near the right building); also left me to deliver the items (more than 100lbs) by myself as a pregnant woman. Service was not great over the phone either to pay for a quote.
