Wells & Sons did an excellent job from start to finish. From scheduling to completion, the entire process was smooth and professional. Communication was great throughout — I received text reminders about the upcoming service and a call before they arrived, which I really appreciated. The technicians were informative, polite, and took the time to explain everything during the chimney sweep and inspection. Very well organized and a high-quality experience overall. I would definitely recommend them to others and will absolutely use them again.

Neighbors of ours who had work done by Wells & Sons, recommended them. And they did not disappoint! In my opinion, the techs, Dawson and Devon, absolutely went above and beyond. Moreover, the company access and follow up was excellent—they squeezed in our service call in a very short period of time (thank you Donna)—we had reached out to our previous chimney vendor over 1 month ago, and still haven’t heard back. We needed chimney caps applied and called Wells and Son. They were actually able to come out the same day and applied the caps. We were lucky the serviceman was in the area. The technician (Devon) was very knowledgeable and friendly. Pictures were taken once he was on the roof, of the outside and inside of the chimney flus. Looking at the pictures, he made us aware of potential work that should be done in the future but with no pressure at all! We would recommend Wells and Son Chimney service to anyone! Great response, service, education and pricing!

I had to find a good chimney service company the first year in my house. I called a few, Googled more and heard about Wells & Sons. There were a couple of problems needing to be fixed so it took a few visits to get it right. Finally on December 31st the technician and his apprentice came back and fixed up the chimney insert and swept it clean. They left no mess. Solid company.

After our oil burner had been cleaned we were told not to use it until debris was removed from the chimney. Every chimney company was busy including Wells and Sons but knowing we had no heat they kindly fit us in. Dawson and Kyle got everything cleaned out of our chimney and did a thorough inspection explaining everything as they worked. We highly recommend Wells and Sons Chimney Service. From Donna, in the office, to Dawson and Kyle, on the job, we were quite pleased with their service. Plus being very reasonable in pricing. Our thanks to the staff at Wells.
