      This company put our three fireplaces in when we Had our custom house built. Started having issues with one of the fireplaces so called just get an appointment for someone to come out to repair. I was told it would be at least a month before anyone could get here which in my opinion is ridiculous. I can see from all of the reviews where their service overall is lacking.

      Tried to order fire place logs, was told they did not have any sets that would work for me, after I sent dimensions and photo for fire place, because the gas line coming into my fire place was on the right and all their logs need it to be on left. When I said all the big box stores sell logs and they all seem to hookup up on right. Was advised that I should the buy the logs from the big box stores and Webco would install for $125.00. After purchasing an over 1000 dollar set online, requested install, I was informed by Webco they only install or service what they sell. Stay from these folks. Complete waist of time. Zero credibility.

      Fireplaces commonly take months to arrive in the current building market. We ordered a fireplace with Webco and paid for it in full. After anxiously waiting for its arrival, the rep showed up unannounced to our homesite, which was under construction, to check that everything was framed in properly. He told us that it had arrived at the store. We were excited. But the next morning, he called and said he no longer had the fireplace because “a senior salesman took it.” He said we could order another one but it would take several more months to arrive, or we could buy a more expensive fireplace that they had in stock, or we could accept a smaller fireplace that was in stock. We asked repeatedly to speak to the manager who is also the owner. We repeatedly were told that the owner would call us, but he never did. A week passed with no phone call, no resolution and no concern from the company that they still had our money and that someone had wrongfully taken, or stolen, our fireplace. We called the rep again and demanded a refund. He said he was in the field but would do it tomorrow, Friday. When we did not hear from him on Friday, we called the store and told them we wanted a refund. They said they could not provide it because the accountant was out and had to be at the office for them to do it. We still did not hear from anyone on Monday, so we called again and managed to get the accountant on the phone. She said she would not reverse the charge to our credit card but would provide a check. We immediately drove the 30 minute distance to the store, obtained the check, and cashed it.

      We are very pleased with the service from Webco in repairing the starter switch for our gas fireplace . Chris and Darrell came out and were prompt, courteous, and efficient, and the cost was reasonable. We couldn't ask for better service! Thank you!
