Ordered a wood stove to be installed in January 2021. First off, they showed up without a ladder, then cuts hole through the metal roof. Snow was melting so instead of clearing the melting snow or detouring the water, he tries to seal the boot cap. Started leaking within a few day and stained to soap stone top. Asked how to remove the stain, never got back to me. Came back a few weeks later to reseal. Did a lousy job cause it leaked again. I had to redo the seal myself. Then I had to install a brace to the stove pipe just before the roof as nothing was securing the pipe and seal was disturbed when I had a cleaner clean the stove piIe. I definitely would not recommend this place.

The Gentleman working which was also the owner was very helpful. VERY Knowledgeable about his fire place inserts. Showed us various models low end to top of the line. Worked up multiple quotes and wrote info down on each brochure. We Will be returning when we are ready to make the final purchase,!!!

I've bought four stoves and, delivered tons of pellets yearly from this Weaver Family business. That comes to 15 years of making phone calls and texts for supplies, maintenance and sales. The experience has always been satisfying, and I have no reason to think it will be different in my future. I recommend them to be honest and reasonable.
