Fantastic customer service They came out to my home ...about an hour 30 from Heber on weekends even ...they kept after a problem I was having with a gas fireplace until it was resolved! Easy to deal with too...stored my unit until my construction delays were resolved...my contractor even commented on how great they were to work with! Can't recomend them any higher.

These people are really friendly and you get that old time Mom Pop shop feel. The kind of service that has gone by the wayside. You just feel like you're treated as an individual and that you're a special person. I highly recommend it.

Although this is really the only option in Heber-Overgaard, I would patronize this business if there were MANY other options. The owners are down to earth, knowledgeable and do their best to serve the customer. This includes ONLY selling the customer what they truly need!
