We are more than happy with a new Jacuzzi that we recently purchased from Watson’s after purchasing one from them two years ago that just never seemed to work for us. Watson is a family owned company that stands behind its products. Our original spa required several service calls, and after a certain amount of those Watson’s contacted us and told us to go to the store and pick out something new. I’ve been a proud owner for 5 years after purchasing from John at Watson’s Sales and Service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. John’s presentation was outstanding, and he followed up with me even after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly. What really sets them apart is the service team. Recently, I had an issue with my hot tub well after the warranty had expired. Instead of taking advantage of the situation or pushing a costly service call, they walked me through the troubleshooting process step by step and helped me resolve it myself. Great experience, very knowledgeable sales rep Frank walked us thru various configurations of outdoor furniture we were interested in. We never felt it was a pressure sale, the exact opposite of going to a furniture store where you are swarmed as soon as you walk in. Watson’s was a really good experience and I would recommend them if you are looking for outdoor furniture or a Jacuzzi or even to outfit your game room. They seem to have everything there!!
