We recently bought a 4 x 6 Finnleo sauna, Sundance 880 Hot tub and gas fire pit from Watson’s in Rochester and had a great experience. My experience with Allstate Home Leisure was and is fantastic. In April of 2021 I was on a search for a hot tub that had to be very specific dimensions to fit in a tight spot. I met Gene Thieleke, the Assistant Manager at the Rochester store and he was a pleasure to deal with. He showed me several models and even called around to the Sterling Heights store so I could see a Jacuzzi model working on the floor. He also introduced me to other staff members, Brian, the Manager in Sterling Heights and Rick at the Rochester store, who both have also helped tremendously. I purchased the tub in May of 2021. Gene never pressured me and always took the time to answer questions. He gave me a very fair price and continues to help with maintenance and upkeep of the tub when needed. I was also very impressed with delivery and service after delivery, the crew made sure it fit perfect and did it with precision and were careful not to damage the surrounding area. Thank you, Gene, and team, I would recommend anyone looking for a hot tub or anything for fun and outdoors, go to Allstate Home Leisure Rochester, and be sure to ask for Gene and the team! Keep up the great work!
