Aaron is awesome—very patient with all my questions, very knowledgeable which taught me alot about something I needed to master quickly. But even better than that—-he’s honest and very ethical in his business practices. He could have sold me something I didn’t yet need. Instead he cleaned up and repaired my fireplace and put it back into optimal working order. I highly recommend his business to others because they will be treated well by this trusted professional. Young woman who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. They had life demos that helped me understand quickly what I wanted and they had stock in store so I could have taken it that day if I was ready. She knew pricing and specifications off the top of her head which was awesome. Great customer service

Unfriendly Staff Gave us no information on what we were looking for. They wont remove an existing fireplace or help in any way as far as that goes. Went to Alpine and Skip took the time to show us the differences and what models are available that may work , Best part they remove the old fireplace. I dont recommend these guys at all.
