Called in early December, they cancelled a week later said the had to order parts and get back to me. Never called so I called in early January still waiting for parts , they finally called set up the appointment and showed up two hours late. The technician was brand new and did not put a drop cloth down, did not vacuum out my fireplace or offer to clean the glass, said it would cost and additional $200. He did replace the thermocouple unit but when he finished the stove didn't work. He was calling for help but the office closed at 4pm. I finally solved the problem with the help of my brother and now the stove works. Called the next day and the owner didn't seem to care. I felt bad for the new guy, little training and no support.

I know that some things cannot be avoided but I waited for the service call 8:30-10 (his phone was locked) he borrowed a phone but never updated me, I finally called the office at 12:30 and he was there! So we arranged my 8:30 appt to 2pm. My fireplace is fixed and runs well; however, they did not clean up afterwards. So unfortunately I will give you 3 stars…. Past services were done well, so it was probably just a bad day for them… sorry

Would not recommend. Had a gas leak from an installation they did of a fireplace. They did send someone out quickly and were able to find the problem (leak in a gas connection). The technician was not very knowledgeable and not able to fix the problem. The technician stated they would get a new appliance gas line and come out the next day to fix the problem. I paid for the service (mistake on my part) and the technician left with my fireplace totally disassembled in my living room. The technician never showed up the next day, no call or anything. I call warning trends a few different times to ask what happened and they said they would investigate to see what happened, never got a return call. Finally called again and spoke with the technician, the only excuse they had was “they got too busy” to come back out to my house. The problem with fixed by other means. 2 starts because they did send someone out quickly and find the problem.

Needed get our pellet stove cleaned before it gets cold. Turned out to be a big deal. Adam discovered multiple bird nests in the chimney. He spent an extra hour or more at no extra charge to clean them out. He could have easily said we need a new chimney insert. Next spring he will clean again and said he will bring a screen to keep the birds out. Fireplace now runs and looks like new. Thanks!

Had difficulty getting pellets I ordered. Had some troubles picking up 2 pallets. Then they sold our pellets to another customer. We paid in advance. I asked for a refund and had to order from another distributor. I am still waiting for my refund. I've been waiting for a very long time. Ripped off!
