Had our pellet stove cleaned and installed. The guys did a great job. Very professional. Placed coverings on the floor and everything cleaned up when they were done.

If I had to explain the definition of "Excellent Customer Service", I could easily do it by using Warm Home & Hearth as the example. I called them with an "emergency" situation regarding a Mendota product they sell, but did not sell to me. They are also not my closest Mendota dealer. I had talked to two other closer Mendota dealers with no solution to my problem and temperatures in the teens. John, their technician, listened to my problem, listened to the troubleshooting that I had already done and came to the most likely issue and then immediately started a resolution with the manufacturer. We received the part, replaced it, and it worked. I believe any business can sell you a product. A business who will stand behind their brand even if they did not sell the product is exceptional. Thank you all...

I visited the store a few times and talked with their staff regarding a potential purchase. I really wanted to purchase a unit. I thought it was obvious that I would be spending many thousands of dollars. The salesman even told me how difficult business is during the current times. They went from supporting 5 families to only supporting 3 families? I figured someone spending $4-$6k would be welcomed. They have an odd way of doing business. I never felt completely welcome or that they really know what they are doing. The man kept getting out different literature and looking for the stove(s) that I was interested in. His product knowledge was not the best. I guess that they don’t want to go too far from their location to do work. Maybe they go to Titusville- but I am not from there..... Oh well......
