Wardway has funny messages on their sign...that's the only positive thing I can say about my experience. They are not consistent with their information or delivery schedule. I had to wait a week for a fill up, and when the driver didn't show up by late afternoon, I called the office only to find out the truck ran out of fuel oil and they pushed my delivery a day later. Nobody was going to call me, even though they said I had to be home to pay the delivery driver. I had to rearrange my work schedule again, last minute to accommodate the change. They're not considerate of their customer's time. When I called this year the lady's tone of voice was very short and she seemed annoyed I was even calling. I have found another fuel company who is friendly, helpful, and answer your questions without a negative attitude.

I am not currently a customer of Wardway Fuels, but today, our vehicle broke down on the road outside their business. I yelled for help, and two of your associates ran out immediately and helped push the car into their lot. Even though they were very busy with customers. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful! I appreciate everyone's help today! You're the nicest people I have met at any business in quite some time! Thanks, Wardway and Associates!

Kevin helped service my gas fireplace and it works like a charm now! Kevin was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Wardway Fuels. Our dogs are so happy to be able to use their fireplace again!

I had some issues with my pool this year. I went to Wardway and they provided an additional test for me to try and help me understand the issue. They were a huge help. They were not about just trying to sell chemicals and using one to chase the other. They took the time to go step by step, even telling me to hold off buying a few things until they saw how the pool reacted. Even watching them work with customers about gas cylinders or grills/smokers feels very personal. It’s that family feel place you don’t see as much any more.
