Drew has been at our home several times and always provides excellent service. Today he replaced 3 toilets and installed them efficiently with great care to install them beautifully on our hard wood floors. Drew got a new replacement for one of the new toilets that arrived damaged. He answered all our questions and provided instruction on the care of the new installations until caulking set up firmly. Timely, smart, friendly, capable.

My hot water heater went bad on Christmas. Waconia Comfort was able to install a new water heater the day after Christmas. I also had them install an Atlas water filtration system. Ryan the technician was great and fast and the project manager, Jon, explained the whole process thoroughly. Would recommend them.

We purchased a spec home and wanted to change and update multiple items. Jon came over and went over the entire project. Over the next few weeks he worked with us to refine the scope of work . After we had made all our final decisions, he arranged for all the work to be done on the same day. At one point we had 6 technicians here all coordinated to accomplish re-venting of a microwave, installation of a garage heater, installation of a water softener and new sump pump, and re -plumbing of some items in the mechanical room. Erik, Drew, and Ryan were the lead technicians and were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They were very careful not to soil our new floors or damage our cabinets. They took the time to answer all our questions and instruct us on the use of the new items. Waconia Comfort wasn't the cheapest bid we got. We went with them because of their reputation and professionalism. We are very pleased with the quality and service we received and thus we feel we received a great value. We highly recommend them.

The Plumbing Department at Waconia Comfort is great! My sprinkler system shutoff valve had to be replaced. John, the manager, took my call, listened carefully, and offered to give me a quote within 24 hours, and he did, after I texted him a picture of my setup. The quote was fair and we agreed on a day and time for the work. Drew, one of his plumbers, showed up ahead of schedule, was courteous, professional, resourced, very skillful and personable. He answered all my curiosity questions and finished the job beautifully. He was awesome!

Ryan replaced our water heater. He was courteous, professional, and overall just extremely pleasant to work with. He did a great job not only getting the unit installed, but he was also very clean and explained everything beautifully. From start to finish, it was a job very well done!
