Recently used Valley Fireplace for a cleaning and inspection/checkup for my gas fireplace and I can't say enough good things. The business owner Mike came and was pleasant and professional from the moment he walked in to when he finished up. He was thorough and made sure I understood and felt comfortable with everything he did and how I can make the most of my fireplace. He offered great input and offered a few options for repair and replacement with no pressure. Excellent! I highly recommend The Valley Fireplace. Mike, returned my call promptly and an appointment was scheduled. He offered my husband and I several options for our chimney. He was knowledgeable, understanding and explained the process and timeline. The workers were on time and cleaned up after they left each time. I LOVE my new chimney and cant wait to show it off.

Mike was great: he was true with his estimate; came on time; did a thorough repair job on my heatalator (he is the only one in the area who is familiar with heatalators); completely cleaned the chimney & fireplace; performed a complete test when he finished; answered all my questions & even provided direction and advice on use.
