  Wow, what a great experience! Tom and Sharice at USA Supreme Services really lived up to their name. From the moment we walked into the store to the quick, clean installation, everything went perfectly. We wanted to add a gas log system to our 1920's Heights home, and they helped us choose the perfect setup that fit the age and character of the house. They answered all our questions, never tried to upsell us, and handled the gas line connection cleanly with no need to go through our brick wall. True artists of their trade, and very friendly people. We couldn’t be happier and will highly recommend them to anyone!

  I had a great experience with USA Supreme Services in getting a fire table installed for my condo building. From the initial consult with Tom expressed confidence from getting the job done well right from the start. Then the selection and ordering process with Sharice was very easy. She was amazing in her level of communication throughout the process. When our original fire table arrived at the shop, they inspected it and found out it was damaged. They refused delivery and made sure they ordered another one right away. Then finally, Tom returned for an installation that was quick and easy. He made sure to walk me through the operation of the fire table and made sure I was happy before he completed the job. Highly recommend!!!
