I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service! We had the technician come out to our cabin to repair an older propane space stove. He spent 90 minutes examining it and told me as he left he thought he could get a new pilot light assembly. I never heard from him again. I called after one month, two months, three months, four months. NO RESPONSE! Jackie at the store was polite and tried to reach out to the tech. She got no response. She contacted the owner of the store, and No Response. What is really sad is the Tech & his tech brother are the Owners son. There is no response from the Owner or his sons. It's been 6 months of No Response. The reality is if the stove can be repaired that is great. But if it can't be repaired, then I am a candidate for a new gas stove. Ask yourself after 6 months of NO Response would you do business ever again with UP North Fireplace?

We had Up North Fireplace help us with our fireplace for our new build. We had no idea where or how to even start, Greg and Jackie were so helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed to complete our project making it seem easy. They went above and beyond!
