  We love our fireplaces from United Brick & Fireplace in Madison. We recently had Isaiah at our home to service our 3 fireplaces. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about what he was doing. We had a bad pilot light in one of our units and he was able to fix it in a timely manner. He cleaned up each area as he finished. Isaiah also explained and reviewed with us some tips to keep our fireplaces running more efficiently. Great Job Isaiah!!!!

  Isaiah, the technician from United Brick, came this morning to clean and inspect our 2 year old gas fireplace insert. He was courteous and friendly and gave us helpful pointers on how the insert works and how to maintain is optimal functionality. Highly recommend Isaiah!

  Purchased gas insert from them 20+ yrs ago & they’ve provided excellent service since then. Always accommodating. David & Chad just completed our annual inspection to our total satisfaction. David exceptionally knowledgeable-a seasoned vet in the biz. Identified features on our unit didn’t know we had.
