  My countertop is so beautiful. What an amazing job done. The guys really know what they’re doing. We had a slight hiccup in getting the template done, but once the template was done everything went much smoother. They take great care and pride in their work. .

  This was a terrible experience. After paying half the cost up front on 12/15, we were given an installation date of 1/3. They called and rescheduled it for 1/11 because the stone hadn’t arrived. It then became a ridiculous series of new promised installation dates while they repeatedly failed to show up. No calls, no explanations, just no show 6 times. I called them several times and was repeatedly told they had just put the stone on the truck and they were on their way. On 1/19 they said they were coming at 10:00 and when they didn’t show I called and was told 2:30 and when they failed to show and I called again I was told 4:00. When I called at 4:15 they told me they had no idea where the guys were. Octavio will not answer his cell phone, nor will he come to the phone in the office. His voicemail is always full. On 1/23 I was told they were having trouble getting the stone and several suppliers wouldn’t deliver to them. I finally went back to the shop 1/27 and changed my order to a stone that they already had in stock. They finally installed the counters 2/8 after several calls, office visits, and frustrating discussions. The demolition was unprofessional and caused unnecessary damage to walls. The installation was poorly measured with outlet covers that were cut too small, an overcut in the seam of the counter, and a chip in the backsplash. We had to make several adjustments and repairs to their work. It was an extremely unprofessional engagement and I would never recommend Unique Marble to anyone.
