From the very beginning, the staff at Uintah Fireplace and Design were a joy to work with. From the first call, they were professional, punctual, and were willing to work with us on our project. Their price was more than competitive, and their install crew was skilled, worked quickly, kept a clean workspace, and did everything in the time they promised. We think they are one of those businesses where you start as a customer and leave as family. They helped us take a bland, white standard fireplace mantle and frame and turn it into a beautiful tiled wall with a linear fireplace. Were we to add another fireplace? We certainly would not think of calling anyone else.

We have used this company many times because our aging gas fireplace has had lots of challenges. It went out on us again and our technician Zach came out today, but had to let us know that it is not reparable and is going to have to be replaced. Not the best news, but I greatly appreciate the company's focus on safety and integrity over profit. Over the years we have found this company to be incredibly dependable, always operate with integrity and honesty, and to charge reasonable prices for their services. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

Uintah helped us out so much! The company that installed our fireplace was not available to fix an issue with the unit for many weeks, and I reached out to Uintah and they also have a long waitlist. However, they contacted us immediately with a cancellation and showed up on time, professional, and helpful. They taught us how to resolve the issue in the future. We were very grateful for the quick help because we were able to get our fireplace fixed before Christmas!

Uintah Fireplace is an awesome company… excellent products and people! We have worked with their team with one fireplace and getting ready to work with them on our second fireplace. They have great pricing and products, however, the best part of their company are the people. They are kind and courteous and extremely knowledgeable.

Ten months ago Uintah Fireplace said we needed a new pilot and control panel. The price was over $1,200. Three months ago, I made an appointment which took them another two months to respond with another appointment. On the day they were scheduled to arrive, they called and regurgitated the same information we received in March 2025. I asked the service manager why they waited two months to tell me the same thing. They didn’t show up to even attempt to clean it. So, we called a mechanical service company in Sandy, UT. They just left my house, cleaned it and it works like it is new! I can’t think of any reason why I would hire Uinta Fireplace again.
