  We had two fireplace conversions done at our house. We were impressed from the beginning when Kurt helped us in the showroom and even came to our house to help us order just the right fireplace inserts and design. Today was the install and Ron and Caleb arrived 10 minutes early. They were professional, courteous and hard working. Our fireplaces look great - we couldn't be more please and highly recommend Twin City Fireplace!

  Our experience with TC Fireplace & Stone was above and beyond exceptional! Jim the salesperson did our consultation and thoroughly explained the process and pricing, and was very patient with me, as I had something very specific in mind for our historic Victorian home. I wanted an insert that required alterations to our firebox and stone to accommodate it. He took notes and gave them to John, who did our install. John & crew were so nice, careful and explained everything to my inquiring. They kept the room and floors clean with drop cloths and mats, and I couldn’t believe the efficiency of the electrical install and inspection! Even though it was a tough job that required a lot of work, we got the gas insert we wanted, it looks BEAUTIFUL and works perfectly. I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough!!

  Everyone at Twin City Fireplace and Stone is great! They helped us complete our Fireplace project in Minnetonka to perfection. We spoke with three different contractors that do this type of work and decided to work with them based on the communication, the value, the product knowledge, and their fantastic showroom. Jon Pierce assisted us with selections and was tremendously helpful emailing options and making sure we were making the right choices. John and Matt showed up as scheduled on the day of install and were very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job with the fireplace and cleaned up well when they were finished. Attached are a couple pictures of the project and the end result.
