We purchased an in ground pool from North County Hearth and Homes. We are beyond HAPPY. In less than three weeks our pool was installed. The first day they built it and filled it with water. They put in Almost 10 hours first day. Second day came back to finish and third day concrete was done! Shane and his team are a well oiled machine. They all worked hard, they were friendly, professional and talented. I would rate them 10+ and highly recommend,. Thank you North Country Hearth and homes for making our dream to have a beautiful pool at our new home for our family friends and our grand children to enjoy! Attached are some photos of the finished project

Their service folks at the main office are amazing. George is a good guy and very knowledgable. Highly recommend getting chemicals and advice for your own pool maintenance. DO NOT and I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT have them provide weekly cleanings. You’ll end up with a pool like mine (see photo). And this isn’t the first time this year, or last year. Their cleaning crew, or lack there of, is terrible. They don’t show up on time, and do not take all proper steps to ensure your pool is clean and ready. Ours has been open for over a month, swam in twice, and has NEVER looked good. Last year, they had an employee that said they were going around cleaning, but they weren’t. I don’t think I can stress enough how abysmal their cleaning service is. For that reason, I am giving them 1 star.

Shane and his staff did a great job helping us find the perfect gas stove for our home. His staff was courteous and very knowledgeable of all the products that are sold in their store. The install team was professional and expedient. When there was an issue with the stove, Shane and his staff worked diligently to diagnose the issue and correct it. This was an A+ installation and product from an A+ organization. Will definitely return to This company for any other heating need my family has in the future.
