  The Tropicana Pavilion looks fantastic!! It's a show piece!! The colors and material selections are perfect. I have attached a couple of pictures. Tropicana, your teams were excellent! The delivery with the crane and assembly of the kitchen counters and appliances were accomplished with real care for the quality of the product. Your installation team was efficient and focused on the quality of their work. The team responsible for the construction of the pavilion roof and framing the structure was terrific! Everyone on that three-man team knew exactly what their on-site jobs were and went about their business. The craftsmanship in the work is evident in the final product. The two-tone look of the structure and underside of the roof is great, just stunning. My wife and I really love how you customized our project. By turning and extending the roof you created a comfortable seating and lounging area, just what we were hoping for. We also love the walk-up bar section of the pavilion. We've hosted several large gatherings in our yard already. Everyone who sees our yard with the Tropicana Pavillion as a center piece of the design love it.

  We purchased our beautiful outdoor kitchen in 2018 at the Los Angeles County Fair. Joann was extremely helpful in making sure our kitchen would fit in the space we had but also fit our needs. She explained so many things we didn't even think of. Besides having so many options, colors and styles available, she also explained the type of materials they use to build the kitchens which are made of very durable and weather proof material. Regardless of the size of your yard, small, medium or large they are able to accommodate any space. Our kitchen was installed in Feb 2019. The crew came out and made sure everything was installed and worked properly before they left. We are thoroughly enjoying our outdoor kitchen. It is beautiful and very functional. It's great to be in our yard cooking, eating, watching TV and enjoying the time. Joann, Mike, and the crew are very professional, patient, and helpful. They stand by their product. We highly recommend Tropicana Outdoor Living! Many thanks Joann, Mike, and crew!

  We been meaning to complete a review! Thank you Tropicana Outdoor Living Team on your services. We are extremely happy with our outcome of our BBQ island. We came across their booth at the LA Fair May 2022. It so happen we were in the market for new bbq island. Our bbq island was outdated and needed repairs. Tropicana had everything we wanted on our wish list, such as TV, Bluetooth speakers, 5 burner bbq grill with rotisserie burner, refrigerator and cocktail bar style sink with ice bucket. Our island fits and looks perfect in our backyard! This was all prefect timing too, in time for the Holidays and for our family to enjoy. We appreciate your team accommodated a few last minute changes.

  We found ourselves at Tropicana Outdoor Living at the LA County Fair in 2018. We started talking with the sales person Coupe who helped us pick out an Island. He then came to our home and measured to make sure it would fit nicely in the space we wanted it to go. We then went to the showroom and picked out the tiles and colors we wanted. When our island was done it was delivered and assembled at our home. We cannot be more happy with the Island. It is absolutely beautiful! Now we enjoys just sitting in our backyard and watching the large TV that came with it. The Bar-be -que is also top of the line. The built in stereo is also a plus as it has Bluetooth and plays your playlist right from your devices. If you're looking for a backyard island, look no further than Tropicana Outdoor Living.

  When an organization services what they sell, they have something very special going on. From the moment we began working with Tropicana Outdoor Living Space they were extremely responsive. We had to troubleshoot a few logistical issues and they made it seamless. The project took two separate days and two different crews to complete. It’s usually a little bit concerning when the first crew shows up and they set the bar really high in service and attention to detail. Well no worries at all as the second crew came in and closed the deal! They were professional and courteous but more importantly they were very capable. Pride in dealership, training and development is the best way to describe this company. We appreciate you all and again thank you so much for making this experience possible.
