I don't think I've ever had a more disappointing service experience. I purchase a pellet stove (Piazzetta) from here about 2 months ago and still waiting to have it installed. Though I've made multiple phone calls I rarely get through. Trips to the store have been unprofitable as well. I found out on my last visit (12-3-2025) that after a month they had not even ordered the necessary parts for installation. the gentleman that sold me the stove (Glen) never remembers who I am. At one visit he didn't even realize that the pellet stove was already there. He later stated that the delay was due to inaccurate information, whereby I referred him to the email thread between he and I. The excuse I was later given is "we are just so busy." Which I am very happy to hear but if you can't handle the business then maybe you don't deserve it. As of this review I'm still waiting. Update: All issues have been pleasantly resolved. I'd like to say thank you to Jillian for unraveling the situation and getting things back on track; to Chris for his calm command and overall leadership in solving the matter (and price reduction). Lastly, to Andy and Rob who were very knowledgeable of their craft and worked seamlessly through the installation process. Thank you all for being so attentive and professional. continued success K. Great selection of all things summer outdoor decor for the home. The quality here is greater than what you would see in some large flagship stores. A little pricey but the salesman was willing to give some discounts. We went mid summer. So if you are willing to spend for quality or either catch them on a good sale you will find some great finds.

Sales team was knowledgeable and the installers were nice but installation was a nightmare. For the first survey, a technician was sent out that did not complete the survey correctly. Then a second technician was sent out to complete another survey. He too incorrectly wrote up the install notes. We have a metal box that was noted when purchased that it was an addition fee to cut it out. Then the install day came and no one showed. They said it didn't save the appointment in their system. When the installers came out, it was not noted in the survey comments and they did not have the correct tools to install. Their supervisor would not let them use the correct tools so another team had to come out on a another day. The final install team was about to get the unit in. After having to take 4 days off of work, there was no compensation or anything to try to make it less of a pain.

Do not buy from this place!!!!!! They sold us a 7k lemon gas fireplace, purchased over a year ago, installed over 6 months ago, (after a false appraisal of needing a new chiming for 12k, our chiminy was fine 😖) we have had 4 service visits after install, 2 parts replacements visits they want to schedule more replacement parts.. it has NEVER worked and they won't give us a working unit! We asked to pick it up and give us a refund, they refuse! Did I mention it was $7k! Rude customer service, demanding we keep this non working fireplace! Management wont help. Unbveievable! Maybe Better business bureau can help.

I had Tri County come to service a Regency propane stove that I purchased from them years ago. The tech was timely but not technically proficient-he never even took a voltage reading on the thermocouple to see if it was functional (it wasn't) and suggested that the propane had gummed up the burner. He noted the model and provided a VERY expensive quote for repair. He never noted that this model was under a safety repair recall. I opted to find another service provider who completed the safety work and repair .
