My wife and I went to Town & Country to purchase a washing machine and met with Tony in the appliance department. Tony was very helpful and didn't try to upsell us but helped us with the correct brand and model to fit our needs. Tony was very polite and a pleasure to deal with. Our washer was not only delivered on time, but even early! Both of the delivery men were polite and very professional. Great job!

Used them to ship. Had the correct addresses taped. And they managed to print the labels and place them to wrong box! My Easter was ruined since my recipients did not get the correct items on time. They were no help to fix the mistake. I had to deal with UPS directly. And the solution was to have the items shipped back to original address here in Cville and then back to the correct location. Not only did they not get the correct items for Easter now it will be delayed another two weeks. Beyond upset and disappointed.

What a surprise visit this was! Full blown kitchen and bath remodeling. appliances, gas fire place, furniture and of course everything you need for the DIY. Tool rental, mail center. Wth. Why did I not know about this place sooner?? Love it!

I stopped in to order 2 sets of garage door springs, two guys back at the lumber help desk did not want to help me. They finally agreed to order them on Friday, the day I was there and told me they would have them Tuesday the following week and they would call me. I never got a call, I finally called them on Wednesday and left a message to call me. Still no call. Unprofessional help, unwilling to help me, and not returning my calls has lost my business. I ordered the springs from another company and I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on
