Beautiful brick and stone products. Good fireplace products but poor paint quality. The paint peel off during installation of interior stone. Inconsistent customer service, delayed follow up calls or responses to questions. Ordered wrong quantity of material for stone but blamed customer. Did not stand behind quoted prices on stone (verbal quotes). Argumentative and disrespectful when address customer issues directly with customer. Said they prefer to deal with general contractors directly. I would recommend finding your Hanson Brick products and Regency Fireplaces at another vendor with better customer care and concern for the homeowner NOT just the contractor.

Called about installing a wood stove, and because I had already purchased one earlier this year, the guy on the phone was a real jerk about it. All because I didn't purchase it from them, which is understandable but could have been handled alot better over the phone. Terribly sarcastic and rude. Would never ever use them.

This place is first class. We have visited their showroom which is beautiful and their sales personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have ordered custom products from them and have been very satisfied with the outcome.

Forget about Lowes or Home Depot. This is a great place for masonry building supplies and custom exterior doors. Mark and Ray really know their stuff.

I haven't done a lot with Top Quality, but the things I have done have been excellent. Mainly we have gotten bricks and pavers here. Staff is quite helpful.
