Everyone at the store has always been so helpful EXCEPT Bill. If he picks up the phone or attempts to help you in the store, hang up or walk away. He must hate his job because he does his best to get you off the phone or out of his face immediately. We have been loyal customers for years and think we have an issue that needs addressed and he wouldn’t even discuss the possibility of helping. If I was the owner (who is awesome and so helpful), I’d find a new employee, especially if you’re out of town for a couple weeks. I wouldn’t write this review based on one encounter with him....there have been many and his attitude is always the same. So one star (or less) for Bill!

I will write a full review when my friend gets her money back from 2 transactions from her debit card! The people seemed to be friendly at first! Well everything got straightened out got her money back and her correct pool liner! Very apologetic for the mess up! Good to go!

My fireplace quit working. I called Fireplaces and fixins in Martins Ferry. They came to my house 3 times and couldn’t get in fixed. I then called Top Hat Stoves in Wheeling. Their guys came to my house and had it fixed in about 5 minutes. Top Hat also charged a lot less than Fireplaces and “can’t” fixit.

Laken took care of me, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that i was looking for. All the staff was very friendly and i felt very welcome as soon as i walked in. GREAT PLACE AND GREAT SERVICE 10/10 would recommend.
